Skin Packaging is a transparent form of packaging used for consumer and industrial goods.

Flexible plastic foil and cardboard are used. The plastic is softened by heat and drawn around the product by means of a vacuum and sealed to cardboard. Packaging is performed by gluing several parts of the film to a cardboard card, which is cut to form several individual packages. Skin Packaging is used not only to display the product in retail stores, but also to protect the product during transport.

The principle of packaging

The operator places the items that need to be packed on a cardboard pad.
It confirms the button and the package seals the objects in the foil and sucks the air. Automatically cuts the film.
