Ján Zápražný as the person concerned, his voluntary and explicit consent to the processing of his personal data in accordance with §13 par. 1 letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and Art. 6 par. 1 letter (a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “the Regulation”).

Giving consent is voluntary. Consent can be revoked at any time in whole or in part by sending an email on the revocation of consent to the e-mail info@qdp-tech.sk or by sending a written notice of revocation of consent to the address qdp s.r.o., J.G. Tajovskeho 3, 91708 Trnava.

 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data provided by you, t. j. name, surname, email address, telephone, IP address, we process for the purposes of registration and processing of your inquiry, order, complaint and other message that you address to us. The processing of personal data consists only in their registration and storage. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, which you can express by checking the box on the website.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. The Operator retains personal data for the longest time required by special regulations governing archiving obligations. Personal data that do not need to be stored according to the previous sentence, the operator retains the longest for a period (5 years). The provision of personal data is a request, without which we will not be able to properly process your request, order, complaint and send you a qualified answer. The recipient of personal data is only the operator specified above.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

Proper processing and protection of your personal data is a priority for the Operator.
You can exercise the following rights when processing personal data:

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

The information includes in particular: identification and contact details of the controller and the responsible person, purposes of processing, categories of personal data, categories of recipients, information on transfers to third countries and guarantees in case of personal data transfer to a third country or international organization, retention period, calculation of your rights, the possibility to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of the processed personal data.

 

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA:

You have the right to confirm whether or not personal data are processed and, if so, you have the right to access the information in accordance with the previous point. Upon specific request, you have the right to provide copies of the personal data processed.

 

RIGHT OF REPAIR:

If you find that we are processing your outdated or inaccurate personal data, please inform us and we will arrange for their correction.

 

RIGHT TO DELETE:

In certain legal circumstances, we are obliged to delete your personal data at your request. However, each such request is subject to individual assessment, as the Operator may also have an obligation or a legitimate interest in retaining personal data.

 

RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING:

In certain legally determined situations, you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data.

 

RIGHT TO DATA TRANSFERABILITY:

After fulfilling the legally required conditions, you can ask us to provide your personal data to another operator. We will then provide your personal data in the appropriate format to the entity designated by you, unless we are prevented from doing so by any legal or other significant technical obstacles.

 

RIGHT TO OBJECT:

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data, unless you have the right to delete.

 

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OFFICE:

You can contact your supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, at any time with your complaint or complaint regarding the processing of personal data.

 

HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW A CONSENT?

The consent is based on the principle of voluntariness and you have the right to revoke your consent in whole or in part at any time, by sending an e-mail withdrawal to info@qdp-tech.sk or by sending a written notice of withdrawal to qdp s.r.o., J.G. Tajovskeho 3, 91708 Trnava.

In the event of withdrawal of consent, the processing of personal data based on consent will be terminated without delay. However, the revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent given prior to its revocation.

The Operator has created these Terms of Privacy in order to enhance sufficient transparency and clarification of the basic rules that it respects in the protection of privacy and personal data concerned.
